জার্মানীতে Bachelor পড়তে হলে যা যা করতে হবে

জার্মানিতে এসেই BACHELOR PROGRAM এ পড়ার সুযোগ পাবে না, 
কারন জার্মানীতে বেশীরভাগ ভারসিটিতে জার্মান ভাষায় পড়ানো হয় (জার্মান ভাষার program এ যা শতকরা ৯৯%) 

Minimum ১ বছর থেকে ১.৫ বছর Studienkolleg করতে হবে। তারপর পরীক্ষা দিয়ে নির্ধারিত মাত্রার গ্রেড পেলে তবেই BACHELOR PROGRAM এ enroll হওয়ার সুযোগ পাবে।

অথবা বাংলাদেশের যেকোন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে ২ বছর সফলভাবে পড়ে সেই সার্টিফিকেট এবং সাথে সাথে জার্মান ল্যাঙ্গুয়েজ মিনিমাম B1 লেভেল দেখাতে পারলে অনেক সময়ই জার্মান ভাষার ব্যাচেলর কোর্সে সরাসরি এডমিশন পাওয়া যায়।

Anyway, u can always ask the course coordinator of ur desired sub. univ. if they accept Credit Transfer or not. But fact is, they generally do NOT. Thank you.Probable reason: Credit transfer from bangladesh is not possible because all the universities of Bangladesh maintain RCTS (Regional Credit Transfer System) and the universities of Germany maintain ECTS (Europian Credit Transfer System which every semester contains 30 ECTS credit and FULL programm 210 ECTS credit.)

জার্মানীতে আসার আগে জেনে নিন কোন শহরে আসাটা আপনার জন্যে সুবিধাজনক full

মিউনিখ  (Bavarian state)
সুবিধাঃ
 
১-ট্যাকনিক্যাল ইউনিভার্সিটি অফ মিউনিখ - এর সাথে আছে বিএমডব্লিউ, অডি-সহ জার্মানীর বড়বড় কোম্পানীর কোলাবরেশন। সুতরাং ঐসব কোম্পানীতে ইন্টার্নশীপ পাওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে এটা অনেক বড় প্লাসপয়েন্ট হিসেবে কাজ করবে। তাছাড়া স্টুডেন্ট পার্টটাইম জব (হিউভি) পাওয়া গেলে অনেক সময় কোম্পানীগুলোর বিভিন্ন রিসার্চ প্রজেক্টে কাজ করা যায়। (এলএমইউ, হখশুলে – এদের সম্পর্কে আমি নিজে কিছু জানিনা।)
২-প্রোগ্রামিং ল্যাঙ্গুয়েজ - সি-সিরিজ, জাভা, ম্যাটল্যাব, পাইথন-এর যেকোনো একটা জানা থাকলে এখানে কাজের সম্ভাবনা অফুরন্ত। এক ম্যাকানিক্যাল ফ্যাকাল্টিতে প্রতিদিন গড়ে ৩-৪টা হিউভি-র সার্কুলার আসে, অন্য ফ্যাকাল্টির খবর আমি খুব একটা জানিনা।
৩-নানা (হিটলার, এখানে উনার নাম উচ্চারণ করলে মানুষ মাইন্ড করে)-র পতনের পর মিউনিখ ছিলো আমেরিকার অধীনে, তাই জার্মানীর সর্বাধিক ইংরেজি ভাষাভাষী নাগরিকের বাস এই শহরেই- বলা হয়ে থাকে। অফিসিয়াল কাজগুলোর জন্যে এটা অনেক বেশি সুবিধাজনক।
৪-মাল্টিন্যাশনাল অনেক কোম্পানীরই হেডকোয়ার্টার মিউনিখে - স্বভাবতই এটা একটা মাল্টিকালচারাল শহর। নিজের মধ্যে এলিয়েন- এলিয়েন ফিলিংসটা তাই আসবেনা হয়তো।
৫-বাভারিয়ান-রা জার্মানীর সবচেয়ে বেশি মিশুক নাগরিক - এটা নিয়ে এরা প্রায়ই গর্ব করে। নিজের কিছু অভিজ্ঞতা থেকে কথাটা খুব একটা বাড়াবাড়ি মনে হয়নাই।
৬-পার্টটাইম অড জবের ক্ষেত্রেও এখানে ভাষার কড়াকড়িটা খুব একটা প্রকট না - তাই ব্যাসিক জার্মান জানা থাকলে অনেক সুযোগ আছে। আর অনেক মাল্টিন্যাশনাল ব্র্যান্ডের সম্মিলনস্থল বলে এখানে এরকম কাজের সম্ভাবনাও ভালোই - তবে খুব বেশি ভালোও না। যারা শুধু অড জবের ভরসায় এখানে আসতে চান - সেই সাধুরা সাবধাণ, আমার কথায় এত ইন্সপায়ার হোয়ার কিছুই নাই। মনে রাখতে হবে - এখানে আমরা মেইনলি পড়তে আসি, পার্ট্টাইম জব করতে না।
 
অসুবিধাঃ
 
১-জার্মানীর সবচেয়ে এক্সপেন্সিভ শহর - জোর দিয়ে এই কথা বলতে পারি।
২-একোমডেশন - একটা অনেক বড় সমস্যার নাম এখানে। মিউনিখের বাইরে থেকে আসা জার্মান নাগরিকরাও অনেক সময় এটা নিয়ে হিমশিম খায়।
৩-টিউশন ফি লাগবে - মিনিমাম ৫০০ ইউরো।
৪-ট্রান্সপোর্টেশন কস্টের জন্যে প্রতিমাসে মোটামুটি ৫০ ইউরো বাজেট করে রাখতে হবে।
৫-নিয়মকানুনের ব্যাপারে এখানে অনেক বেশি কড়াকড়ি। সো "একটুসখানি ২ নাম্বারি করি, কেউ টের পাবেনা" - এই মানসিকতাটা না রাখাই ভালো।
৬-কষ্টমষ্ট করে থাকলেও মিউনিখে মাসপ্রতি গড়ে ৩৫০ ইউরো খরচ হবেই।
৭-সবচেয়ে বড় কথা - ব্লকড একাউন্টের টাকা ভিসা এক্সটেনশনের পরে তুলে দেশে পাঠানো যায়না। মাসেরটা (৬৫৯ ইউরো) মাসেই তুলতে হবে। কোনো অন্য- উপায় নাই।
৮-আরেকটা জিনিস - "Apian Aparthaus" নামে একটা কোম্পানী আছে এখানে একোমডেশনের জন্যে। একেবারে নিরুপায় না হলে ঐটাতে কেউ তাদের সাথে চুক্তি করতে যাবেননা।
৯-সর্বোপরি - আমার সাজেশন হলো "জার্মানীতে পড়তে আসতেই হবে" এই হুজুগের বশে কেউ আর যাই হোক মিউনিখে আসবেননা। দেখতে-শুনতে অনেক কিছুই সুন্দর-ভালো মনে হলেও দুনিয়া আসলে খুব কঠিন একটা জায়গা - মিউনিখে আসলে বোধহয় এটা হাড়ে হাড়ে টের পেতে হবে। খুব খেয়াল করে, জেনেশুনে আসাটাই ভালো।

পজিটিভ সাইডঃ
 
১- "FH Aachen" and "RWTH Aachen University" আছে।
২- RWTH Aachen টানা চার বছর ধরে কোম্পানিগুলোর[৫০০+] সার্ভে তে বেষ্ট বলা হচ্ছে এবং এই সার্ভে এটাও বলে ELECtrical, MEchanical এর জন্য এটার পজিশন নং ১।
৩- ছোট শহর হওয়াতে লিভিং কষ্ট তুলোনামুলক কম। তবে Depends on u a lot!
৪- HiWi/RA পাওয়ার possibility ভালো as it has good research reputation.
৫- কোন tuition fee নাই, কিন্তু social fee হিসেবে 223 Euro per sem. pay করতে হয়, যাতে পুরো NRW এর transport facility included।
৬- ২ বিলিয়ন Euro এর একটা প্রজেক্ট চলছে, যাতে leading company গুলো তদের RA-base station বসাবে এখানে এবং student রা পড়ার সাথে সাথে এখানেই ইন্টার্ন করতে পারবে।
৭- এখানে টাকা ব্লক করে রাখতে হয় না for VISA extension. টাকা দেশে ফেরত পাঠানো যায়।
৮- উপোরের সব কথাই RWTH কে নিয়ে, তবে FH aachen ও applied science হিসেবে বেশ ভালো।
 
নেগাটিভ সাইডঃ
 
১- প্রচন্ড বোরিং সিটি। [personal view,no offence!]
২- Day2Day communication এর জন্য জার্মান জানা বাধ্যতামূলক।
৩- মাল্টি-ন্যাশনাল কোম্পানিগুলার তেমন কোন শাখা City এর মাঝে নাই। So, ওই দিক দিয়ে part-time job facility কম।
৪- আখেন কে বলা হয় Student-City। কিন্ত তারপরও Stdent রা-ই সব চেয়ে বেশী ভোগে Accommodation নিয়ে। বাসা খুঁজে পাওয়া খুবই Difficult। Studentenwohnheim গুলো চাইনিজ, ইন্ডিয়ান অ্যান্ড পাকিস্তানিদের দখলে। তারা চেইন মেনটেইন করে পোলাপাইন ঢুকায়। So private appartment ই ভরসা।

Positive sides:
1. Good for studing Echonomics, Marine Science, Medicine and Materials Science.
2. Very low living cost, if you don't drink and party it will cost 300 euro, monthly.
3. Residence is available. 140-200 euro.
4. You can withdrow the 8000 euro.
5. Easy to get hiwi/RA.
6. Only one hour from Hamburg.
 
Disadvantage:
1. We are only 25-30 Bangladeshi here.
2. Not good for doing part time job, obviously you need German.
3. No brunch of big companies except Bayer, HDW and some others.
4. Very less number of Mosque, almost no Mondir.

Disadvantages:
1. Less part time job opportunity or u have to go Koln/Bonn/Dusseldorf to do job there
2. Getting accommodation is a really big problem
3. No big company(e.g siemens,BMW) here . U have arrange your internship/master thesis by yourself...no support from university
4. No chance to get RA/TA in Uni (Mechatronics)...Possible for Chemistry students

1. University of Ulm has couple of English taught courses:

Biology (Master), Communications Technology (Master), Energy Science and Technology (Master), Finance (Master), Master Online Advanced Oncology (Master), Molecular Medicine (Master), Molecular Medicine (PhD)
2. semester fee is now 103.50 Euro.
3. some companies in Ulm like:
Daimler, Nokia,Siemens, Nokia Siemens Networks, EADS, Nuance Communications etc.
one may try to find student jobs/internships/thesis in these companies.
(one should not consider this opportunity as sure..bcoz it depends on issues)
4. one may also try for Hiwi in the institutes in Uni Ulm.

5. some odd jobs are also there but they r not large in number.
6. yet accommodation isn't a big problem here...upto now all BD guys got accommodation in STUDENT WERK dorm.dorm rent normally within the range of 200-350. BD guys usually live in dorms costing 200-240 euro.
7. living cost is manageable as its a small city.
 
negative sides:
 
1. for doing part time jobs german knowledge needed.
2. not a big BD community...around 30 people.
3. for Hiwi/student job one should keep in mind that it depends both on your capabilities n luck as they are competitive n not large in number.

স্টাডি ইন অস্ট্রিয়া

নিজের লেখা প্রথম পোস্ট অষ্টিয়া সর্ম্পকে কিছু গুরুতপূর্ন তথ্য ।
1.অষ্টিয়া তে বাংলাদেশী স্টুডেন্ট এর জন্য বেতন প্রায় ফ্রী বললেই
চলে । 2.400-850€ পর্যন্ত হতে পারে প্রতি সেমিস্টার। 3.অষ্টিয়ান
ইউনিভার্সিটি তে আডমিশন পেতে হলে দুইটা রিকয়রমেন্ট লাগেবে ।
একটা হল ল্যাংগুয়েজ কোর্সে b1-c1 কমপিলিট করা ।আর একটা হল
ইংলিশ ভাষা টেষ্ট স্কোর (IELTS 6 হলে আডমিশন পেতে সহজ হবে অথবা TOFEL) । 4.তবে বেশির ভাগ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় তে জার্মন
ভাষাতে পড়ানো হয় । 5.ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্ট বয়স হিসেবে লিভিং কষ্ট
দেখাতে হয়। 6.যাদের বয়স 24 এর কম তাদের কে 433€.12(মা
স)=5196 ইউরো ।আর 24 আপ হলে 783€.12(মাস)=9396
ইউরো। 7.পেপারস অব্যশই লিগালাইজেশনকরাতে হবে ।সেক্ষেত্র
ে প্রথমে নিজ বোর্ড থেকে ভেরিফাই করাতে হবে তারপর পরাষ্ট মন্তলায় থেকে করতে হবে ।তবে যা করার নিজে করবেন দালাল
ধরে করতে গেলে সমস্যা হতে পারে সেজন্য কোন ফি লাগবেনা ।
এগুলো শেষ হলে অষ্টিয়া কনসুলেট থেকে সত্যয়িত করতে হবে ।তারপর
airmail করতে হবে । 8.জার্মন ল্যাংগুয়েজ কোর্স আপনি আপনার
বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়তেই করতে পারবেন university joint access
program নামে কোর্স আছে ।সেক্ষেত্রে 450€ মতো পেয়িড করতে হতে পারে ।প্রাইভেট প্রতিষ্টানে ও করতে পারবেন
তবে সেটা অনেক ব্যয়বহুল ।সেজন্য আপনাকে 2300-4000€
দিতে হতে পারে । 9.পর্টাইম জব করার সুযোগ আছে ব্যাচলরদের জন্য
10 hour এবং মার্স্টারদের জন্য 20 hour ।তবে ব্যাচলরদের জন্য
লিভিং কষ্ট মেনেজ করাটাই যথেষ্ট ।জব পেতে হলে অব্যশই
আপনাকে জার্মান ভাষাতে দক্ষ হতে হবে । 10.living cost 300-800€ মতোলাগতে পারে সেটা আপনার ওপর নির্ভর করবে ।
11.সাধারনত ব্যাচেলর প্রগ্রাম 6-8 সেমিষ্টার ।মাষ্টার্স প্রগ্রাম 2-4
সেমিষ্টার এবং ডক্টরল প্রগ্রাম মিনিমাম 6 সেমিষ্টার ।
12.admission latter পাওয়ার পর অব্যশই
আপনাকে দিল্লিতে যেতে হবে ভাইভার জন্য কারন বাংলাদেশে কোন
অষ্টিয়ান embassy নাই। 13.আপনি সাধারনত দুইটা সেমিস্টার এ apply করতে পারবেন ।ফ্রেবরুয়ারি 1 এর আগে summer
semester এবং সেপ্টেমবার 1 এর আগে winter semester এ
আপনার পেপার সাবমিট করা লাগবে । তবে ব্যাচলর এ
ভিসা পেতে একটুকঠিন embassy না থানার কারনে ।সেক্ষেত্র
ে গোয়েথ থেকে a1 করা থাকলে ভিসা পেতে সহজ হবে ।তবে রিজাল্ট
ভালো হলে খুব বেশি সমস্যা হবে না ।
